1. HOW TO ENTER:
Beginning at 12:01 am local time on Tuesday, August 10, 2010 through 11:59 pm local time on Wednesday, August 18, 2010 ("Sweepstakes Period"), visit www.searsoutlet.com/celebration and register online or visit a Sears Outlet store during regular business hours and register online at the Customer Solution Center. Limit one entry per person. No mechanically reproduced, facsimile or photocopied entries allowed. Not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible or incomplete entries, all of which are void. Entries become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned.
2. ELIGIBILITY:
Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States (including DC) and Alaska who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry excluding employees of Sears Holdings Management Corporation, its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies and advertising and promotion agencies, and the families and/or household members of each of the above.
3. DRAWINGS:
Winners will be selected in random drawings from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Drawings will be held on Friday, August 20, 2010. Drawings will be conducted by a Sponsor representative or designee whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Winner does not need to be present at time of drawing; he/she will be contacted by phone and/or mail.

E. Important Note: Sponsor will deliver and hook-up appliance prizes and (if necessary) haul away one (1) original appliance in one residential (1) location in the 48 contiguous United States (including DC) or Alaska. 5. PRIZE ACCEPTANCE:
Prizes are not transferable. Taxes on Prizes are sole responsibility of winner. No Prize substitutions or cash redemptions allowed except by Sponsor, who may substitute a Prize of equal or greater value if advertised Prize becomes unavailable. Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability and publicity (where permitted) within a time period designated by Sponsor, or Prize may be forfeited. By accepting prize, winner further agrees to release Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies and advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability, loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with their participation in this sweepstakes or with respect to awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prize of the promotion.
