Bought this unit to lift up my Kenmore HE3 machine. While this works well the machine now attached to it leaves much to be desired as it leaves clothing skunked routinely. Wishing I had my old Kenmore back!!!
So, I think it was a good idea to get this Laundry Plus and it was great to organize the clothes that you washed and dried.
If I have that Storage Drawer, I will wash my clothes, dry my clothes and organize my clothes in the Kenmore Laundry Plus Storage Drawer Pedestal. Will that work if I organize my shirts, pants, underwears and my socks and my pajamas or robes?
So if your having a hard time organizing your clothes after folding them then don't fool around. Get the Pedestal with Storage Drawer now:)
i got the elite washer(red one) and i love ...it's a energy saver..working on the dryer.....
very pretty, but am very unhappy with service
The Kenmore Laundry Plus Pedestal with Storage Drawer is a perfect fit for any home. I live in a small studio and don't have much room to work with. The sleek and practical unit made live so much easier to function is my humble abode. Can't live without it!
Really like this product.
Like the drawers for obvious reasons - makes W & D appropriate height, lots of storage. The drawers slide very smoothly. Handy to take drawers out to clean under W & D. Contrary to what may be said, tall detergent bottles DO fit in them. Only complaint is they are pricey - adds about $500 on top of your W & D price!
Yes, they're expensive, but very much worth it. We've owned our front loaders for a few years now, and while I wanted pedestals from the beginning, I balked at the cost. I got tired of the old, ugly, falling-apart cabinets we had over our washer and dryer, and decided to finally give in and get the pedestals. It's not the easiest thing to disconnect everything and get the pedestals put on to the bottom (actually attaching them is easy - it's just the lifting and shifting of large appliances that is a challenge). But wow - the difference is amazing in being able to access the machines, and having a TON of storage space in the drawers that is easily accessible and instantly visible. It will be so much easier for my husband and I to do laundry now (we're both tall people, and had to stoop way down to access the machines before). The shelf to rest baskets is a nice touch, and I was surprised by how tall the drawers were and how they were able to accommodate spray bottles in an upright position. I wouldn't want anything shallower - the size is very convenient. Tall Lady Laundry Goddesses of the world - don't wait. Your back will be happier, and your cleaning supplies more organized with the pedestals. :) One thing to keep in mind - these drawers are not babyproofed at all, so if you have small children, you'll want to devise a way to keep them out of the drawers. Our kids are beyond that stage, happily.
must have! this little drawer is so nice! the only problem I have with this is the way it is shaped. I must dust it every week. I keep my dh's hats in it, I didn't get it for storage, but for the dryer to be raised. I must say they are over priced! as for the washer, it is a must. it has the 6 point vibration holder. This will keep your noise & vibration to a low. Not to mention you want the washer & dryer to match. Now if Sears were to give these away with a washer or dryer purchace as a sale that would be an idea!
I bought these to go under my washer and my dryer. I love them. They are very easy to pull out, smooth rolling! I just wish i could get the LARGE bottles of detergent to stand up instead of lay on their sides underneath. But they are great and hold most anything else! Kenmore, you have blown me away once again!
