Nice to be able to switch parts.
It's not as powerful as you'd think a 20 volt drill would be but it's not bad. I love the fact you can put different types of drills saws and routers on in a matter of seconds. The battery doesn't seem to last all that long but what do you want for $75 bucks not bad overall.
the life of the battery dies rather quickly it's not made for daily use and to replace the battery is grossly to expensive I've owned many craftsman to tools in my 60 years and broke them all
I started reading the reviews and decided this was the perfect tool for when we travel. With all the attachments, I have a complete set taking up minimum amount of space (compared to having all the full size tools). I wish it came with two batteries. However, purchased when on sale and was able to purchase a second kit for less than the price of a second battery and charger. All in all, great versatility when you start acquiring all the attachments.
I bought this drill so I could do more things at work, It works great and the attachments are perfect for the little jobs I need to get done
I am very excited about the Sears Layaway plan. It allows me to purchase quality craftsman products online and fit the payments in my budget. Awesome!
have used with several add ons works great
Very useful loved it!!! It is a all around good drill to have at home with switchable heads and I recommend the carry along bag all pieces fit in
I think the drill is a good buy but the saw attachment does not have an adjustable blade cut depth. There fore all I've got is another drill.
I really like the power and convenience of owning this 20V drill. No longer do I have to worry if I'm going to have a charge left in the battery. It's there every time I go to use the drill and its accessories. The power is great for many of the DIY projects I perform. The grip is comfortable and the drill's light weight makes easy to use. The attachments are easy to get on and off without being loose. So far I haven't had a single attachment that felt underpowered. I now own another 20V drill from a competitor, but this is still my go to drill (a Christmas gift). I keep all my attachments and an assortment of drill bits, saw blades, sandpaper, screw bits, etc in the bag. That way I can just pick up the bag and I'm ready for my DIY projects. I have only one negative comment about the various attachments. I wish that the designers had thought to add a cap for the attachments when they are not in use, sitting in my tool bag. A cap would keep out contaminants, such as dirt, dust, and various other debris that gets in the tool bag when it is in use. This would be a great add-on. Hey, Sears, give this idea some thought!
